Ways to join us

We admit that we do not have a long list of events. We are very intentional about only offering the events and activities that will help people connect with God and with each other. A major part of that goal is to be involved in activities that bring multiple generations together.

With that in mind, below you will find some places to connect with us, as well as useful information about opprotunities and events!

Summer Shorts : : Sunday Message Series : : 9am or 10:30am

Is It Summer Yet?
This seemed to be the question everyone was asking all the way into the middle of May. No matter how bad you wanted to pull out the warm weather clothes, it was just not going to happen. But summer is coming, and along with it comes the comfort of shorts!

Shorts. Those amazing clothes that allow your legs to breath and move freely. And once the blinding white shine of the winter has been gently tanned away, those shorts just make you feel like all is right with the world. Vacation time is coming and kids are out of school.

This summer, FCC is putting on their shorts as well. Not literally, it is really hard to find enough material to cover the building. FCC will be spending all summer looking at some of the short stories that Jesus told, which have often been called parables. These little lessons give us insight into all sorts of truths and teach us how to move closer to Him. They also allow each week's message to stand completely on its own. So even if you miss a week for vacation, it’s okay. Just be here the next week as we listen and learn from the short stories of Jesus in our new series, Summer Shorts.

Bible Study—God Behaving Badly: Justin Worley
God has a bad reputation. Many think of God as wrathful and angry, smiting people right and left for no apparent reason. The Old Testament in particular seems at times to portray God as capricious and malevolent, wiping out armies and nations, punishing enemies with extreme prejudice. But wait. The story is more complicated than that. Alongside troubling passages of God's punishment and judgment are pictures of God's love, forgiveness, goodness and slowness to anger. How do we make sense of the seeming contradiction? Can God be trusted or not? Meets on a rolling every other Wednesday at FCC, 6:30 – 8 pm. 262.492.4699,
justin@worleys.net. Starts April 15. Book needed—please contact the leader for information.

It doesn't matter how long you've been a part of our family, we would like to know more about you and your journey. We would like to video record you sharing your journey with us. Your video will be added to this website and our Facebook page, or shared on a Sunday morning with our church family. Email your story or questions to myjourney@kenoshafcc.com, pick up a form from the Information Center or contact Peggy LeMay at 262.652.3908 for more information.
